• db2 (or other relational database) deep level using experience
e.g. senior level sql skills, table design, performance tuning
• much experience with tcp/ip and socket programming
• mastery of complex programming and systems
• strong deep level debugging skills of c++ code and database layers
• strong oop thinking
• strong issue analysis and resolving capability with complicated cases
• familiar with uml and can draw flow diagram
• designs and architecture complex modules, components of products
or small products, contributes ideas to product strategy.
• solid knowledge of systems
• deep understanding the process of compiling
• strong written and verbal communication skills in english
• familiar with agile process
required qualifications
• bachelor’s degree.
• 10+ years of related project development experience.
• 10+ years of experience in c++ coding.
• ability to work and communicate within a team environment.
• ability to manage time effectively and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
• work hard and positive work attitude.
additional preferred qualifications
• ibm i cl, rpg and pl/1
• 5+ years of experience developing ibm i applications
• familiarity with java, node.js & perl
• strong background in ibm i is a definite plus
