responsibilities
• accountable as the central point of contact throughout all phases of the project.
• develop the project plan and schedule, identifying key milestones, cross-functional alignment, pre-requisites and dependencies as well as risk visibility and mitigation.
• ensure project charter, goals and objectives are defined and met: this includes helping to define and document timelines, budget and scope to deliver quality outcome.
• collaborate with stakeholders for creation of cross-functional interlock and supportive procedures to deliver on-time projects.
• ensure cross functional alignment with end-to-end release plan detailed & tracked.
• handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• communicate clearly at various levels of the organization with written, verbal and presentation skills.
• facilitate effective meetings, handle conflict resolution and create approachable environment.
• work with multiple teams to transition product knowledge and ownership.
• keep entire project on track by measuring, evaluating, and identifying risks & mitigations with full transparency.
• understand corporate initiatives and technical direction, ensuring the projects within are converging.
