职位描述：
technical tasks：
- efficient participation in procurement process
- achieve defined goals concerning rationalisation potential.
- plan, direct and coordinate the activities of all assigned subordinates for the purchase of material, supplies, equipment and services in the region, over all phases of purchasing process and system components lifetime
- develop and expand the supplier pool in asia on the basis of the defined corporate strategy.
- support the global purchasing activities, global negotiations and strategy in the region
- ensure compliance with zkw purchasing policies and quality standards for purchased parts.
- act in accordance to purchasing processes and regulations in the rso and participate in further development of the procurement process of the zkw group.
- ensure continuous development of the qualifications of all assigned employees
- maintaining supplier contacts and ensure information quality.
- annual price negotiations in accordance with business planning and conduct of supplier negotiations:
- market research, procurement market analyses & technology surveillance in terms of supplier sourcing.
functional qualifications:
- extensive experience in purchasing, preferably in an automotive manufacturing company;
- at least 5 years of experience with procurement resp. experience in dealing with customers / suppliers
- knowledge of the chinese procurement market and chinese culture
- business-fluent in english and chinese;
- bachelor degree
- familiar with erp system;
